Devon Dille
Artist based in Bellingham, Washington
I am an artist working out of my studio in the intensely beautiful and magical Pacific Northwest. I find myself inspired by myth, legend, and folklore, especially Faerie folklore of the British Isles, landscape, wildlife, and paganism/earth-based spirituality and the fantasy literary genre. I work with a range of media, favoring acrylic inks, brush pens, watercolors, and gouache. My work is heavily influenced by my study of narrative illustration, and my paintings tend to suggest stories for the viewer to supply.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, I have also lived in Seattle, Tacoma, and now Bellingham, where I have put down roots.
